This is a medium dark blend of a washed Ethiopian and Mexican, roasted intentionally to have more roast characteristic and development compared to our other offerings. Showcasing a perfect balance between Ethiopian florality and Mexican body, these beans are great for espresso and immersion brew methods such as french press, or anyone interested in a more developed pourover. The Ethiopian part of this blend is from Tariku Kare, and the Mexican part is from San Isidro Zoquipam.
