Café Jindo's Violet Crumble is a thoughtful Mexican single-origin coffee that balances traditional chocolatey richness with delicate floral complexity. Grown by 90 Mazatec farmers of the Red 5 de Diciembre network in the La Cañada region of Oaxaca, this washed coffee is processed with careful fermentation and drying that brings out clarity and harmony in the cup. Expect nuanced notes of caramel, ripe apples, figs, and chocolate layered with subtle violet floral tones that add elegance and intrigue. With a smooth medium body and refined sweetness, Violet Crumble rewards both pour over and espresso brewing with depth and character that feels both comforting and distinctive.
"This is the roast that got me into specialty coffee, realizing coffee could be so much more than an extra scoop from the tin. It's fruity, full bodied, smooth, crisp, and still so approachable. This was my daily pour over for the better part of a year!" -Bryce
