A perennial favorite from the Inga community in Aponte, Nariño, this lot represents the high-elevation precision that characterizes the region. Grown at a remarkable 2150 MASL, the coffee benefits from the unique microclimate of the Galeras Volcano, where high altitudes and cool temperatures slow cherry maturation to develop complex sugars. This specific selection is a washed mixed variety lot, processed with the meticulous care that defines David Kim's sourcing, resulting in a cup with vibrant clarity and a structured sweetness.
The sensory experience is anchored by a refined transparency. On the palate, expect a bright and clean profile featuring notes of red berries and stone fruit, supported by a crisp citrus acidity and a lingering caramel finish. This coffee is a clear expression of the Nariño terroir, offering a balanced and elegant cup that is ideal for those who appreciate the crystalline quality of a high-altitude washed Colombia.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We’re passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
