Get cozy this season with Detour’s Holiday Espresso, a warm and elegant espresso roast made for holiday moments, crafted from a curated blend of two lots from Cabañas Los Planes in Honduras, one naturally processed for fruit-forward sweetness and the other a sweet, layered washed lot. In the cup, expect ripe apricot, toasted mixed nuts, and cacao nibs, creating a nostalgic holiday feel reminiscent of baking gingerbread, chestnuts on the fire, soft carols, and festive treats. Grown by smallholder farmers in La Paz, Honduras as part of Detour’s Rise Series project supporting sustainable, quality-focused practices, this coffee is truly seasonal. Brew it with Detour’s recommended espresso ratio (2.2:1, 18 g in to 42 g out in about 29 seconds) for a cup that’s elegant, nuanced, and full of holiday warmth.
