This is Cafe Jindo’s second year sourcing from Kardon and Yulinda, who work with 200 widow-led farms in Lintong, Sumatra, using the traditional Giling Basah wet-hulled process. With support and training from Kardon’s team, the farmers produce a coffee known for its bright, yellow-tropical acidity and distinctive flavor profile. This medium-roast, single-origin Indonesian coffee (200g, whole bean) performs beautifully as both a filter and an espresso.
