Monogram’s Bambito Estate is a bright, sweet Panamanian coffee from Priscilla Gonzalez and her family’s five-generation farm in the mountains of Volcán. Notes of orange, cane sugar, and red apple make for a clean, juicy cup with a crisp fruitiness and plenty of natural sweetness. This is the sixth year Monogram has purchased coffee from Priscilla, and that long-running relationship shows in a coffee that’s thoughtfully grown, carefully processed, and just really easy to drink.
