Supposedly food / water safe and stable at high temperature and pressures so, seems good!
I just wish it were cheaper! First I got the small packet (which seemed fine for multiple uses still, but was kinda like having an open packet of ketchup and saving it for later, although because it's so thick never had a problem (just kept it in a baggie just incase it got squeezed), now I got the lifetime supply which is nicer to use since it's actually in a container you can seal, and a better value per gram.

Great for re-lubing the cam on the brew activation lever on the ECM Synchronika (and probably most similar E61 machines!) after detergent backflushes which tends to wash away previous lube it seems so it can get squeaky and rough feeling.
I recommend doing less detergent backflushes and using a puck screen to keep your machine cleaner longer!
After using this stuff I think it seemed to stay good a bit longer! Can't tell for sure, since I was still avoiding doing detergent backflushes just incase. Plain water backflushes are fine, I do those often.

I used the Molykote 111 Silicone Lubricant to lubricate all the moving parts in the brew assembly and flow control of my ECM Synchronika, which is about two months old. Everything is moving much more smoothly now. It is easy to use and not messy. I highly recommend it.
