Duck Duck’s Happy-Go-Ducky! is a juicy, fruit-forward Colombian that brings plenty of sweetness to the party. Strawberry, fig, and molasses make for a lively cup with bright acidity, rich fruit flavours, and a sweet finish. Grown by Frank Torres at Finca La Indonesia in Colombia, this Caturra lot uses a semi-washed process to bring out its fruity character while keeping the cup balanced. A fun one for filter coffee fans who like their cups sweet, bright, and full of personality.
