The E&B Lab reusable stainless steel filter was designed as an upgrade to the paper filters.  It allows the fruity/sweet flavorful notes to emerge in a very good way.  The 150μm allows you to use the same recipe as with paper filters, but we obviously recommend experimenting different ratios to achieve the perfect cup of coffee!
