Eclipse’s Las Lajas Finca San Isidro is one of those coffees worth getting excited about every year. This Costa Rican Perla Negra natural brings plenty of juicy dark fruit, with blackberry, cranberry, and smooth brown sugar sweetness leading the way. The natural process adds a little extra fermented fruit character, giving the cup more depth without losing that lovely sweetness.
