Escape Coffee’s Cozy Secret Sauce is a juicy Ethiopian natural that brings plenty of fruit without going full fermentation bomb. It’s jammy, sweet, and fruit-forward, with a clean enough profile to make it an easy everyday drink. There’s lots of character here without things getting funky or overwhelming, and it works just as well as a bright filter coffee as it does with milk as espresso. This is a great Ethiopian that knows how to show off, but also how to chill.
