évery Coffee’s Yirgacheffe Edido G2 is a sweet, lively Ethiopian with plenty of classic fruit and tea character. Notes of berries, raisin, and black tea come together in a bright, silky cup with a soft sweetness and plenty of aromatic character. Fully washed and roasted on the lighter side, it’s a clean, expressive coffee that’s easy to get into and even easier to keep drinking.
