Every Coffee’s Brazil Bioma Cafe is a sweet, comforting espresso with plenty of rich, nutty flavour. Prune, molasses, raisins, and almond come together for a smooth cup with dark fruit sweetness and a warm, slightly toasted finish. Grown by Cup of Excellence-winning producers Marcelo Nogueira Assis and Flavio Marcio Silva in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region, this medium roast is made for espresso. A solid everyday shot that’s just as good on its own as it is with a splash of milk.
