Sourced from Finca Fatima and produced by Nelsyn Hernandez, this Red Catuai lot offers a silky, medium-bodied experience that balances comfort with refined sweetness. The cup is anchored by rich notes of milk chocolate and toasted hazelnut, while a bright orange acidity provides a crisp, uplifting finish that lingers long after the final sip.
