Gravity Coffee Roasters’ The Fitz Decaf is a smooth and engaging single‑origin coffee from Peru that delivers balanced flavour without caffeine. Grown as a fair trade organic Grade 1 lot, this coffee is washed and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process to preserve clarity and sweetness. In the cup you’ll notice playful notes of Oreo cookie, brownie, and fig newton that unfold with a mellow body and polished finish. Carefully roasted to maintain depth and nuance, The Fitz Decaf works beautifully across espresso and filter brewing and is an excellent choice for anyone seeking flavourful decaf that doesn’t compromise on character. I think we just found your next go-to decaf!

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We're passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
