 Unlike regular gaskets that are made from rubber these do not have any smell or taste whatsoever, and are easy to change since they will not bake rock hard like rubber does.    If you have ever struggled to change an old gasket you cannot help but notice the awful smell and the black soot that comes off the rubber.  And that is what you are potentially consuming with each drink.

Works great with my Linea Mini!

For some reason, a silicone group head gasket has become a difficult thing to find for the Linea Mini. With a quick call to Coffee Addicts, I was able to confirm that this was the correct part. The customer service was amazing and the gasket fits perfectly. Thanks!

Great seal with less pressure, easier to replace

I'm super happy with this seal. It is a bit softer than the older rubber ones and creates a very good seal. The old rubber ones got very hard with the heat and were a pain to remove. The silicone ones does seem to do this and are easier to remove later.
