If you are planning to update your sleeve to stainless steel or brass, get this tool. This was the only way I was able to remove the old nylon one without breaking it.

With this tool I could remove the old sleeve and install the new stainless steel sleeve without hassle.
To turn the tool I used a regular screwdriver.
