La Pavoni Sight Glass

Excellent quality replacement part

My brand new LaPavoni Esparto Abile arrived with a broken sight glass -- very annoying! I immediately phoned Coffee Addicts, explained my problem, and I was amazed when the woman on the phone said they would ship me a replacement immediately ... and it arrived the next day!!! I installed it without difficulty, and I've been enjoying my new machine for two weeks now. An annoying problem turned into a pleasant experience: excellent service, polite and supportive, efficient, and the enjoyment of an excellent espresso machine! And to top it all off, the replacement glass arrived with a bag of fresh coffee beans! (and some candies ;o) I highly recommend the LaPavoni espresso machines (this is the second one I've had), and I Especially Recommend Coffee Addicts for all coffee equipment, accessories, etc! Great! Excactly what we needed to complete our pre-millenium rebuilding project. Sight glass was seized in its chamber and needed to be broken to remove it.
