Manhattan Coffee Roasters’ El Paseo is a seriously vibrant Colombian that leans hard into floral and tropical fruit. Notes of violet, lychee, and dragon fruit make for a juicy, expressive cup with a smooth mouthfeel and plenty of sweetness. The carefully controlled fermentation brings out an almost perfume-like floral character alongside bright, tropical fruit, making this one a little different from your everyday Colombian.
