Sourced from the esteemed Tarrazú region of Costa Rica through CoopeTarrazu, this espresso showcases the sweetness and balance inherent in high-elevation lots. Carefully decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process to preserve cup character, La Pastora delivers notes of brown sugar, milk chocolate, and crisp red apple with a smooth, medium body and satisfying finish. Thoughtfully roasted to accentuate nuance and sweetness, this decaf shines as an espresso shot and makes a delightful base for milk-based drinks or a fuller-bodied filter brew.
