Rocket Flower Espresso is boldly experimental, brought to life through carefully dialled yeast fermentation that pushes flavour into playful, floral territory. From third-generation producer Huver Castillo in Buesaco, Nariño, this Caturra represents a unique journey: Huver was a math teacher before returning to the family land at El Paseo, a farm that's been in the Castillo family for over 20 years. What started as a return home quickly turned into deep curiosity for what coffee could become. The yeast fermentation process creates vibrant, boundary-pushing character that stands out from traditional profiles. Part of Monogram's Funky Infusions series, this coffee is for explorers who like to turn the volume up.
