• Thermocoil Heating System:  Thermocoil heating system achieves the optimum extraction temperature in 30 seconds.
• PID Temperature Control:  The PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller provide precise temperature stability. 
• Volumetric controls: Program 2 doses to a precise volume of water to improve repeatability.
• Soft Pre-Infusion: An opulent, creamy and caramel colored espresso starts with low pressure pre-infusions, followed by a high pressure (9 bar) extraction process delivered via our 15 bar Italian pump.
• Brew Pressure Gauge: The brew pressure gauge displays brew pressure during extraction allowing the user to get immediate feedback on how to adjust grind coarseness, dosage or tamp pressure for a perfect shot of espresso.
• 3 Way Solenoid Valve: The three-way solenoid valve relieves the pressure in the portafilter immediately after pulling a shot.  This leaves the coffee puck dry, making it easy to clean and pull the next shot.
• Integrated Conical Grinder: With a single touch, the integrated precision conical burr grinder with dose control delivers the right amount of coffee on demand for maximum flavour.
