Pallet’s Indonesia Wildan Mustafa is a super fruity Indonesian with a sweet, candy-like side. Mango, tropical fruit, and candy make for a juicy, easygoing cup that’s a pretty fun change from the earthy flavours you might expect from Indonesian coffee. It goes through a 72-hour lactic fermentation before a slow drying process, helping bring out all that big fruit character.
