Phil & Sebastian's Candy Cloud is an experimental espresso designed to push boundaries while delivering incredible sweetness and complexity. This naturally processed Caturra from the Hartmann family's Palo Verde farm in Panama brings sangria, tamarind, and papaya notes that challenge conventional espresso expectations in the best way possible. What sets this coffee apart is the Hartmann family's meticulous approach to natural processing. They pre-dry on raised beds, use specialized dark room dehydrators, and finish in mechanical dryers when needed, creating a profile that's predominantly fruity and juicy with exceptional sweetness and most importantly, clean. Many natural processed coffees achieve fruit-forward character at the expense of clarity, but Candy Cloud delivers both.
