Phil & Sebastian's Doppelganger is their darkest espresso roast, designed to deliver rich, bold character with foolproof performance across any setup. Roasted to a deep chocolate brown that brings forward notes of s'mores, baker's chocolate, and molasses, this blend works beautifully as a straight shot or in milk-based drinks. The coffee comes from Moises Herrera and Marysabel Caballero, two of the most respected producers in Marcala, Honduras, whose El Pantanal farm produces consistently exceptional Catuaí. Whether you're pulling shots on a manual machine or pressing a button on a super-automatic, Doppelganger is built to perform with smooth, full-bodied results every time.
