This community lot from La Muralla in San Agustín, Huila is decaffeinated using the ethyl acetate process, a natural sugarcane-derived method that removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's inherent sweetness and character. The cup delivers brown sugar, dried fruits, and walnut notes with a round, satisfying body that works beautifully for both filter and espresso. Phil & Sebastian carefully selects only the best community lots for decaffeination, ensuring that what ends up in your cup is genuinely tasty coffee that just happens to be caffeine-free.
