Phil & Sebastian's Lucky Peach is a delicate, juicy espresso that pushes into brighter, more floral territory while maintaining balance and sweetness. This Geisha lot from Wilmer Dubon's Finca Vista Hermosa in El Cedral, Honduras delivers peach iced tea, floral, and macadamia nut notes that work beautifully as a straight shot or shine through milk as a cappuccino or latte. The story behind this coffee is remarkable. Wilmer planted these Geisha trees in 2017 from Panama seeds that Sebastian personally brought to Honduras, and the results speak for themselves. With meticulous shaded drying on parabolic beds and Wilmer's precision-driven approach to farming and processing, this espresso showcases what happens when dedication, quality relationships, and world-class genetics come together.
