Sure Thing is comfort with a little something extra. New to Phil & Sebastian's Core Lineup, this everyday coffee gently expands what daily ritual can be, bringing quiet expressiveness to your morning routine. Sourced from small producers in El Cielito and El Cedral, Santa Barbara, Honduras (including Margarito Herrera, Wilmer Dubon, and Elder Chavez), this washed blend combines Pacas, Bourbon, Catuaí, and a touch of Geisha from 1500 to 1800 MASL. Sebastian meticulously blends tiny lots to create balanced complexity while maintaining consistent bean density for optimal roasting. Notes of cocoa butter, pecan pie, and fresh figs deliver warmth, richness, and a gentle lift of fruit.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We’re passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 30 days of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than five weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
