The unique SyOxy process involves an initial aerobic oxidation phase followed by a 48 hour sealed fermentation, resulting in a cup of extraordinary clarity. You can expect a dynamic experience with vibrant malic acidity and complex notes of green grape, honeysuckle, and matcha, all anchored by a custard apple sweetness and a hint of cocoa powder.
