Another masterpiece from Pepe Jijón, the Rose Gesha is a delicate and tea like expression of the legendary Gesha variety. This anaerobic washed lot undergoes a 48 hour fermentation to amplify its sophisticated floral structure without losing its elegant clarity. The profile is light on the palate but deeply layered with notes of rose tea, mandarin, and dried mango, finished with a smooth caramel sweetness. It is a refined and effortlessly balanced cup that represents the pinnacle of biodynamic farming in the Intag Valley.
