I've previously replaced this pressurestat with the one recommended by the Expobar dealer, and that one appears to be all plastic. This one has brass (?) fittings, weighs twice as much even though it's smaller, fits perfectly, seems way better quality, and it cost half as much as the OEM specified plastic one. It's rated for higher amps and pressures, and has been working flawlessly. I've only been using for 2 weeks now, so I can't speak to its longevity, but I'm very happy with it.
