The new Pro 800 comes with lever valves for steam and hot water. The handles of the lever valves, as well as the handle of the hand lever and the portafilter, have been handcrafted from the noble wood of the American walnut tree. While the large, pine-green pressure gauge, another visual highlight, blends perfectly into the classic design, the PID is discreetly hidden behind the water collection tray. Get the best possible espresso due to the pre-infusion provided by the massive brew group and the special pressure process.

• Spring Lever Machine: Spring lever machines are the traditional way of making espresso; literally where the expression of "pulling espresso" comes from.  Spring lever machines will naturally give a a pressure profiled extraction from approximately 11bars to start and gradually down to 0bars.  It also give the user the option to alter the pressure profile by slowing (or accelerating) the process by applying additional pressure to the lever.
  
• 58mm Group Head:  Features a massinve 17llbs 58mm brew group.
• 3.5L Copper Dipper Boiler:  Large PID controlled 3.5L copper steam boiler for loads of steam and temperature stability.  The dipper (one circuit) system alows for soft pre-infusion while keeping everything simple and quiet.
• Reservoir or Plumbed In: Chose between direct plumbed in or water tank.  The machine will be perfectly silent if plumbed in, but a vibratory pumped will be used for filling the boiler is using the water tank.
• Programmable ECO Mode: Conserve energy without sacrificing heating time if left unattended for a prolonged period of time.
• Beautiful Finish:  The body, water tray and feet are made of stainless steel with no sharp edges and built for a long lasting and easy to clean finish.
