I didn't really expect this machine to make a big difference in my espresso quality, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the improvement.
I thought that my previous, less expensive double boiler machine was fine, however because it typically has a rather limited life span, I felt that it was time to invest in a machine that would last indefinitely.
Right from the very first cup the improvement in flavour was obvious, and has only improved as I learn more about using it it properly. I have become motivated to learn more about more advance brewing techniques which helps even more.
Besides the quality of the brew, the machine is very solidly built and is beautiful to look at.
My only complaint is that the manual does not explain that the machine needs to be left in ECO mode in order for the auto-on timer to turn on the machine in the morning. That was a bit frustrating until I figured it out with a bit of help from AI.
I highly recommend this machine.
I finally have a reason to get out of bed in the morning. I'm loving this machine!
