Colombia is one of the most well-known coffee-producing countries in the world, and the Caldas region is a big part of why. This lot comes from the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Manizales, a cooperative that's been advocating for fair prices and sustainable farming practices since 1960, which in the coffee world is a genuinely remarkable track record.
Processed using the washed method, the Colombia and Castillo varieties here are given a chance to shine with real clarity: dark chocolate and honey up front, a delicate floral fragrance, and a mild fruitiness that keeps things lively without being overwhelming. It's a textbook example of what makes Colombian washed coffees so beloved, clean, structured, and deeply satisfying. If you want to understand why Colombia's reputation is so well-deserved, this is an excellent place to start. Add a bag to your cart and taste over six decades of cooperative craft in every cup.

We’re passionate about fresh, flavorful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 30 days of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than five weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
