Honduras doesn't always get the recognition it deserves in the specialty coffee world, but producers like Jesus Galeas are changing that. Growing Typica on his farm La Falda in the highlands of Selguapa, Comayagua, Jesus has spent years not just refining his own craft but actively motivating his entire community to pursue specialty microlot production. His work with the Honduran Coffee Institute helped grow a group of two interested producers into a community of thirty in the span of a single year. That kind of impact is rare, and it shows up in the quality of what's in the bag.
Processed using the washed method, this is a bright and nuanced cup with cherry and mandarin leading the way, grounded by black tea and a gentle nuttiness on the finish. Typica is one of the oldest and most genetically pure varieties in coffee, known for producing clean, elegant cups that reward attention. This one is no different. Grab a bag and support a producer who's doing things the right way.

We’re passionate about fresh, flavorful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 30 days of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than five weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
