Roasti Coffee Co.'s Guatemala Juan Rodriguez is a washed single-origin that represents more than great coffee. It's a direct connection to Juan Rodriguez and the Indigenous Xinka community of Mataquescuintla, who are working to build fair market access through the Cafe Colis Resistencia Co-op while peacefully resisting the Escobal silver mine. Grown at 1,750 meters on the family's San Antonio farm, this Pache San Ramon varietal delivers classic Guatemalan character with milk chocolate, caramel, and cranberry notes that showcase both quality and purpose. This is Juan's second year selling coffee internationally, and every bag supports his family's livelihood while helping the co-op break free from predatory intermediary relationships that have plagued small producers for decades.
"Sweet, balanced, and built on a foundation that supports the producers local community. What's not to love?" -Barnaby

We love fresh coffee as much as you do. That’s why we recommend enjoying your coffee within 7–28 days of the roast date for the best flavour.
Coffee is still widely enjoyed well beyond this window, with oxidation happening slowly over time. Any coffees past five weeks from roast will always be clearly indicated and automatically discounted.
