The Cumbres de Nariño Decaf is a refined Colombian decaffeinated coffee that preserves vibrant sweetness and layered clarity, crafted for lovers of flavourful, low‑caffeine specialty coffee. This light roast comes from 14 smallholder farms near Buesaco in the Nariño region, where Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varietals thrive at high elevation before gentle EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination retains delicate aroma and inherent sweetness. In the cup, expect bright notes of dried orange, rich panela sweetness, and juicy raspberry character with a clean, balanced finish that rewards filter brewing and other gentle methods.

We love fresh coffee as much as you do. That’s why we recommend enjoying your coffee within 7–28 days of the roast date for the best flavour.
Coffee is still widely enjoyed well beyond this window, with oxidation happening slowly over time. Any coffees past five weeks from roast will always be clearly indicated and automatically discounted.
