Rooftop Coffee Roasters' Ethiopia Gerse is a naturally processed coffee from the Bensa region of Yirgacheffe that delivers the kind of fruit-forward character Ethiopian naturals are celebrated for. Sourced from the Gerse washing station and grown at elevations between 1,900 and 2,100 meters, this lot features indigenous heirloom varietals that bring blueberry, shortbread, and vanilla cream notes to the cup. The natural processing amplifies the coffee's inherent sweetness and body while maintaining the clarity that comes from high-altitude growing conditions and careful post-harvest handling. This is classic Ethiopian natural coffee done right, offering bold fruit character balanced by creamy sweetness and baked goods complexity.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We’re passionate about fresh, flavorful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 30 days of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than five weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
