Grown by brothers Luis Joaquín and David Ariél Lovo on heritage lots with carefully managed shade, selective nutrition, and tight harvest controls, this lot reflects both deep regional roots and a progressive approach to quality.

The coffee is washed with disciplined attention to fermentation time, water quality, and drying conditions, resulting in a cup that is exceptionally clean and articulate.
