As the landscape begins to thaw, this selection from the high-altitude peaks of Sidama serves as a vibrant herald of the new season. This lot is a masterclass in the classic Ethiopian washed profile, sourced from heirloom landraces grown between 1950 and 2150 MASL. Rather than the heavy, fermented notes of modern experimental lots, Spring Forward focuses on the crystalline purity of its origin.
The cup opens with a high-toned perfume of Earl Grey and lemon zest, giving way to a structured, succulent sweetness reminiscent of fresh white peach. It is a sophisticated, tea-like experience designed for the discerning palate that values clarity, terroir, and the delicate dance of acidity. This is a fleeting seasonal expression of the unique microclimate in Sidama. You may want to secure a bag for your morning ritual before the season shifts.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We’re passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 30 days of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than five weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
