Rosso Coffee Roasters’ Strawberry Fields is a sweet, fruit-forward coffee that puts a fun spin on the classic Indonesian profile. Grown in the volcanic soils of the Kintamani highlands, this natural process coffee brings out loads of juicy fruit while keeping plenty of sweetness in the cup. Notes of strawberry, chocolate milk, and cinnamon make this one taste a little like dessert without going completely overboard.
Definitely a strawberry forward cup, this is a good one for folks who are convinced coffee can't taste like anything other than... well... Coffee! To me, this is chocolate covered strawberry dipped in yoghurt, a bit of that acidity, juicy fruity sweetness, and a chocolatey finish. Enjoy! - Chloe
