Rosso’s New Wave is a bright, super refreshing Peruvian that’s got a little bit of everything going on. Oolong tea, lime, and brown sugar make for a juicy, sweet cup with a big hit of citrus and a smooth finish. It’s washed with an extended fermentation, bringing out plenty of that fresh, fruity character without getting too funky. If you like drinking bright, sweet coffees, this one’s going to be a good time.
