We use the same naturally processed, high quality, single-origin, Brazilian coffee as our Butter Knife Espresso and roast it at home in Toronto.The coffee is gently ground and brewed with a proprietary process by our friends at Hasty Coffee.

The coffee is extracted, then slowly freeze dried to sublimate the water without exposing it to high heat. This yields a powdered instant coffee that maintains its delicious flavour and aroma. With only coffee and water used in the process, it's perfect for camping, the cottage, or on-the-go when you're pressed for time!
