Sam James Coffee Bar’s Banko Gotiti is a sweet, delicate Ethiopian with a lovely mix of fruit, tea, and warm sweetness. Notes of peach tea, animal crackers, caramel, and pear come together in a clean, silky cup, with bright fruit up front and a soft, comforting finish. From a single farm in Yirgacheffe and fully washed, this one really stands out on filter but also makes for a surprisingly tasty espresso.
