Sought x Found's Brazil Fazenda Um Mundo Novo Natural Swiss Water Decaf represents the convergence of championship-caliber coffee and chemical-free decaffeination. Founded in 2009 by Stefano Um as a retirement pursuit of excellence, Fazenda Um has become a family legacy that produced 2023 World Barista Champion Boram Um and World Brewers Cup finalist Garam Um. This Mundo Novo lot is grown in volcanic soil under natural shade at 1,300 meters, naturally processed over 25 days on raised beds and 16 days on patios, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process to preserve its roasted almond, citrus, and caramel character. The result is a smooth, balanced cup with gentle fruit notes and approachable acidity that works beautifully any time of day.
