Subtext’s Guatemala Tony Medina Early Harvest Espresso is a thoughtfully roasted espresso coffee from producer Tony Medina’s farm, La Colina. This washed Caturra and Bourbon espresso lot is roasted to a medium‑dark profile that brings out a syrupy body with notes of stewed apple, creamy cashew, and deep toffee sweetness, making it a smooth and balanced choice straight from the portafilter or in milk drinks.
