Works perfect!

The thermal fuse got my Gaggia Classic Pro back up and running and Shipping was super quick! The treats in the box were a great surprise for the kids!

It would have been nice if the connectors were included to connect it to the wires, but luckily I had some around that did the trick!

Prompt and efficient Customer Support,
The product itself is well represented (however the description should mention that it is an 10 Amps fuse and not a 20Amps fuse as Gaggia has on their US version of machines)
But what was impressive was the support I got from ‘coffee addict’ team in solving the problems generated by the carrier. A new package was promptly ship and arrived in time and the lady from Cs had the kindness to include some candies for my grandkids.
Ultimately we all were impressed and thankful. It was a pleasant experience a good product and a timely delivery.
