Bright and bold with a strong sense of place, Always Sunny is a Colombian coffee that reflects the warmth and tradition of Huila’s coffee-growing heritage. Notes of chocolate and toasted nuts anchor a full, balanced body that performs beautifully as both espresso and filter. Sourced from small family farms known locally as the Opitas, this lot celebrates a culture of pride, unity, and care. Grown at elevations of 1,500 to 1,800 metres and carefully fermented, washed, and sun-dried, the result is a cup with clarity, depth, and an easy sweetness that carries from the first sip to the last.
