Essential

Just get this and a backflush basket, go to YouTube and search backflush Gaggia. Then Do It. It's essential to keeping your machine in good, consistent running order.

Congrats to Coffee Addicts for everything from excellent communications, personalized packing, and very quick turnover. Nice work you guys. All around perfect experience!

A must for all coffee lovers. Cafiza cleaned my portafilter and coffee baskets to perfection. Now using it once a week with a backflush disk to clean the insides of my Gaggia Classic (and by classic, I mean 1980's model. Still working and putting out great tasting espresso!

Once a week routine

Ordered some Cafiza along with a backflush disc for my machine (Gaggia). Added some Cafiza to the disc and began to backflush approx 5 times rinsed the disc and ran some water from the shower (group head) put the disc back and flushed until my discharge was water. Very simple and effective way of cleaning and maintaining your equipment.
