WDT Tool

This WDT ("Weiss Distribution Technique") tool is a much more elegant replacement to your homemade tool made with a wine cork and paperclips!  The straight needles are made of stainless steel and are removable for easy cleaning or replacement and you even get 2 extra ones. Using this tool will help break down the clumps and evenly distribute the espresso in your portafilter to promote even extraction and overall better espresso.
